駱智超，男，1989.05，工學博士，副研究員，廣東省優秀海外博士（后）引進人才，廣州市科協青年托舉人才，廣東省科學院優秀青年人才。
2011-2014年，在哈爾濱工業大學師從金屬基復合材料知名專家武高輝教授，從事特種復合材料的開發，發表論文5篇，授權國防專利1項，獲哈爾濱工業大學優秀畢業論文。
2014-2018年，在香港大學攻讀博士學位，師從國際知名金屬材料領域專家黃明欣教授，開展先進高強鋼的強韌化行為及微觀機制研究。
2023年，依托廣東省金屬強韌化技術與應用重點實驗室，組建了一支約10人的研究隊伍。團隊面向經濟主戰場，通過成分-工藝優化和組織調控開發了系列具有國際領先水平的高強韌鋼鐵材料，在超高強彈簧、高溫耐磨構件、高強醫療導絲等產品的研制和批量應用上做出了重要貢獻，近三年產值超過7500萬。
已獲得授權發明專利10項（第一發明人8件），圍繞鋼鐵材料領域，在國際期刊上發表SCI學術論文40篇，包括Acta Materialia, Scripta Materialia, International Journal of Plasticity, Corrosion Science, Wear等，論文總被引次數為717次，H-index為15。
